March 2021
As of March 31st, we are closing our doors again due to Covid-19, the rising cases in Harris County are continuing to threat our daily lifes, and for the safety of our clients and staff, we ask that you please wear your mask and stay safe as vaccines are becoming more available, sorry for the inconvenience, go to our Facebook page for more information in regards to our closure.
March 2020
TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations) asked that Massage Therapy business are required to halt all appointment until the curve drops in cases County wide. Belmonte's Therapeutic Massage closed for the rest of the month and remained closed until late May.
May 2020
TDLR gave Massage Therapy business new guidelines to follow to safely reopen Texas, Belmonte's Therapeutic Massage adopted those guidelines and fully implemented them into safely reopening on May 26, 2020. Curve has started to recess enough to safely bring in clients, while checking their tempratures, making sure masks are on upon arriving, and disinfecting the common area, and the massage room after every client.
July 2020
Curve is drastically increasing as time proceeds, county cases skyrocketing and many businesses are in danger. Belmonte's Therapeutic received a close call notice from a client, the spa was closed for a deep cleaning just as a precaution, our massage therapists were unaffected.
October 2020
Curve hit another record, leading to the county issuing a COVID-19 Red alert, some bars and restaurants ordered to re-limit capacity, Belmonte's Therapeutic saw a decline in clients, making sure the spa is always clean, every end of the day, the spa receives a deep cleaning of all surfaces and lobby area, BTM (Belmonte's Therapeutic Massage) received another close call alert from a client, client was not present on site. Therapists unaffected.
November 2020
Thanksgiving has passed and the number of cases is expected to rise drastically, this holiday season, our massage therapists have vowed not to travel or meet with family for the safety of our clients and family. We remain open until TDLR or the Texas Governor orders us to close.
